All orders must meet the minimum of $100 PRIOR TO shipping. Orders will not be sent out until minimum is met. All orders are processed after 3pm M-F, and can take up to 5-7 business days to ship.

If you are a tax-exempt organization, please provide a copy of your 501CF via email to so tax will not be incurred on items.

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

"Any" package that is returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address except to those shipping to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without any notification. ***Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified of shortages and/or would like an item suggestion.

The store credit will be issued to customer's account with any out of stock items or adjustment of shipping fee.

We are not responsible with any lost package with no signature required on delivery.

For International orders, Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges/replacements at this time for any damage/non-damage returns but you can use the store credit that will be refunded to your account to repurchase the items! Any returns will be issued as a store credit to the Customer's account.

Customers must email us at: within 7 days of receipt along with the order number and the item number(s) for any damaged items to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning the damaged items. Any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and copy of the invoice will not be eligible for return!

There will be a 30% restocking fee for any non-damaged item returns and/or cancellation on processed orders.

All Sunglasses, Hosiery, Socks, Bra's are final sale! No exchange or return's can be done for these items.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on non-damaged item returns.

We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items but the reimbursement amount may vary. Please use only USPS First Class Mail for any returns as we will not be responsible for any signature confirmation or shipping fees exceeding our reimbursement amount we have advised via our RMA reply e-mail.

Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!

A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with the damaged/non-damaged item numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.
